Here are the conditions under which you will get a refund:
- The received products do not match the design and description that you ordered.
- Products are broken, torn, defective due to manufacturing
- You didn't receive your order
If any of the above conditions are met, please contact us via email info@ with a refund request. We will process your request and refund you. You will receive 100% of the amount you ordered on our website.
For customers paying via Paypal, they will receive their refund within 1 bussiness day from the time we confirm the refund via email. For customers paying via Debit/Credit Card: You can receive the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
We refuse to refund in the following cases:
- Delivery failed due to the customers' mistake about the delivery address.
- The customer is not satisfied with the size of the product. Therefore, please view our size guide before ordering.
