Return Policy

Unlike regular products, our products are all personalized products that are made just for you. Therefore, we will not exchange or take back the order you have placed.

But don't worry, we always want to bring the most positive shopping value to our customers. So please contact us via email info@meowcustom.com with your order issues so that we can resend a new order or refund you.

The conditions for you to receive a new order are as follows:

  • The received products do not match the design and description that you ordered.
  • Products are broken, torn, defective due to manufacturing
  • You did not receive your order because the shipping company lost it.

When you encounter this problem, please email us with the following necessary information:

  • Order code
  • Email or phone number used to order
  • Photos/videos of defective or damaged products.
  • Delivery address

We will review your case and respond to your email within 12 hours at the latest. (Except Saturday and Sunday).

After we confirm that we will resend the new order to you, you will receive the new order within the duration corresponding to the duration you placed a new order. Check out the production and shipping duration here.

We will be responsible for the full shipping costs of resending the new order. We sincerely apologize for these incidents and highly appreciate your understanding during this time.
